About Records is all about discovering, developing and supporting the best music possible, without regard to genre, geography or the latest trends.
The business of music is changing rapidly and music is changing with it, but the basics never change- It all starts with great songwriting. If you are a singer, songwriter and/or musician with truly special qualities and a deep desire to reach a larger audience, then About is open to hearing you or your band.
For legal reasons we do not accept unsolicited material by mail or by drop off to our offices. However, if your original recorded music is out in the public domain, please
email us a link to a website that will enable us to easily listen to one of your original songs. (DO NOT attach MP3s or other files to your email.)
Due to the volume of submissions we cannot respond to everyone but we do in fact manage to give every song a fair listen eventually.
